One of the endeavors that we cherish here at al-Mustaqeem Publications is in offering to the Muslim community at large, and in particular to the traditionalist Muslims, are investigations into academic based global media coverage and interpretations of events on the ground as espoused by Non Muslim institutions. Not only does this dynamic create a unique aspect to interpreting Non Muslim observations and analytical studies, we offer our response from within the perspective of the traditionalist orthodox Muslim perspective, a dynamic that is basically absent in the modern day media outlets. Institutions are unwilling to allow the Muslim perspective into the media spectrum it fosters to its respective populace due to the secularist or revisionist cause it is aiming to achieve. Adding to the censorship is the silence and evasion technique through this controlled climate of resisting opposing views and thought antithetical to the sanctioned perceptions under the corporate sponsored media. Likewise, those sites and forums which do advocate the traditionalist viewpoint are not exchanging the dialogue to the western world at large for various reasons which go beyond the scope of this introduction. So we will make it our effort to provide this rather unique paradigm into the current polemic so as to offer the pure normal Sunni Muslim the intellectual weaponry needed to combat the gloal intellectual terrorism happening against them and to offer our mode of thought to the non-Muslim world at large.
However, before we continue to cover the topic in question, we wish to make it clear that not every single point mentioned on this site may be absolutely synonymous with the vast majority of Muslims, rather what we aim to offer is a generalized overview of synonymous views and not that each single view advocated here is the express view of all Muslims. We do not claim this rather moral high-ground rather the views expressed should be viewed as “among” the positions that many of the Sunni Muslims take.
So what is the CFR? We will first provide information from the CFR themselves, and then offer other tangents as to the nature of the CFR that will not be advocated by the CFR website.
One can acquaint themselves about CFR from their main site which can be accessed here http://www.cfr.org/content/about/About_CFR_Web.pdf . We advise all of our readers to fully read this document which CFR outlines as their own mission broken down to various fields before going further into other sources with regards to the nature and mission of CFR that is not stated from their main site.
After reviewing their mission as advocated by CFR, we can then move along to other historical facts that make up the ideological nature of the CFR mission. This is a brief overview of the CFR
Amongst the realities of CFR is that its very own members have come out and verbally attested to the stated agenda of public control on a world wide level. Most U.S. Presidents like George H.W. Bush and his son, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Reagan, Condoleezza Rice and many more were members of the CFR including literally hundreds of government officials, senators, etc.
The aim of the CFR is to establish a single world government. Of course, there is no need to take our word for it, we will provide you with statements made by its founder and senior members of the CFR themselves admitting to this fact. All matters pertaining to sovereign foreign policy of nations is directed and orchestrated in some cases by the CFR.
Adding to this is that the CFR is a mother think tank in which other think tanks which were born out of the CFR include the Hudson institute, the Policy Exchange, the Jamestown Foundation, and yours truly, the Rand corporation, are all branches of the CFR mega think tank.
The Council on Foreign Relations is the U.S. branch of the globalists agenda, its British counterpart being the Royal Institute of International Affairs. Both are outgrowths of the Round Table group conceived by Cecil Rhodes for the establishment of a future world government dominated by Britain and the U.S. The CFR is composed of both right and left political persuasions, as noted by Joseph Kraft in Harper’s Magazine:
So what are the advocated ideas as espoused by its members. Well, let us take a look into what they say about this mission.
“The main purpose of the Council on Foreign Relations is promoting the disarmament of U.S. sovereignty and national independence and submergence into an all powerful, one world government.”
This was stated by Rear Admiral Chester Ward, Rear Admiral US Navy (retired), CFR member for 16 years, Judge Advocate General of the Navy 1956-60
“The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank…sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world.”
stated by Carroll Quigley (1910-1977) Professor of History at Georgetown University, member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), mentor to Bill Clinton

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.”
“It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.”
stated by David Rockefeller (1915- ) International billionaire, CFR President, founder of the Trilateralist Commission

“NAFTA represents the single most creative step towards a New World Order.”
stated by Henry Kissinger (1923- ) Former US Secretary of State, CFR Member

There are many, many more statements of this nature, however, what we have provided should be enough and we wish to drive the point home with one more established statement from the powerful James Paul Warburg who said
“We shall have World Government, whether or not we like it. The only question is whether World Government will be achieved by conquest or consent.”
James Paul Warburg (1896-1969) CFR chairman

So overall, we can understand that the pressing issues of foreign policy and the nature of policies employed by various governments are geared towards the ambitions stated above, and membership into this group is worldwide in almost every country. We have lists of every member since its inception.
If this is not enough, allow us to elucidate even further paradigms espoused by CFR members. One prominent member is Zbigniew Brezhinsky. Who is Brezhinsky?, well, first, we’ll post some of his statements.
“In the long run, global politics are bound to become increasingly uncongenial to the concentration of hegemonic power in the hands of a single state. Hence, America is not only the first, as well as the only, truly global superpower, but it is also likely to be the very last.” (p.209)
“Never before has a populist democracy attained international supremacy. But the pursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except in conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being. The economic self-denial (that is, defense spending) and the human sacrifice (casualties, even among professional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to democratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilization.” (p.35)
“Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.” (p. 211)
these are taken from his book which we have acquired that he made in 1997 called “the Grand Chessboard”. The purpose of this book was geared towards his students to “help them shape tomorrow” as he intends with the publication of his book. It is about American Primacy and its geo-strategic imperatives. He highlights the ending of his prologue of that book by stating
The ultimate objective of American policy should be benign and visionary: to shape a truly cooperative global community, in keeping with long-range trends and with the fundamental interests of humankind. But in the meantime, it is imperative that no Eurasian challenger emerges, capable of dominating Eurasia and thus also of challenging America. The formulation of a comprehensive and integrated Eurasian geostrategy is therefore the purpose of this book.
The book is mainly discussing how American foreign policy should be steered towards the Cental Asia, or as he calls, “Euroasian” area for one who has dominance of that region will have dominance of the world.
Zbigniew Brezhinsky is a Polish American Political Science and geo-strategist. He was the U.S. National Security Adviser under the Carter administration and is now in the Obama administration. He was a Professor of American Foreign Policy at the John Hopkins University’s school of Advanced International Studies. He is Executive Director for the Trilateral Commission and a leading member of the CFR. Most of the Obama administration are also members of the CFR, some are members of the trilateral commission and others are members of both, much like Brezhinsky.
he also said this
“The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values.
“Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities.”
in his book “Between Two Ages”
We end with the reader to review the following talk that Hillary Clinton gave for the CFR, who is also a member along with her husband, Bill.
